A confirmation email will be sent to you once you place the order. Additionally, we will provide you with the tracking information within 48 hours of your order being shipped out.

Processing

The processing time is the duration it takes for your order to be prepared for shipment from our warehouses. This includes item preparation, quality checks, and packaging.
Typically, it takes about 1-3 business days to process your order, although some items may require additional time.
It will be hard to change or cancel your order once it’s in processing, but we’ll make every effort to fulfill your request.

· What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If you refuse delivery without prior communication with our customer service, we will refund only 50% of your payment once we have received the returned package.
· Please note that APO/FPO or PO Box addresses are not accepted for Express Shipping.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. This email will contain a unique tracking number for your parcel. And you can track your order using the provided link for the full details.
Please note that it may take a few days after the order has been shipped before the tracking number to become active in the courier’s system. If the tracking information of your parcel is not yet available at this time, please check it later.

Note for taxes

Generally, there are no additional taxes for your order, as every country has a tax-exempt threshold for normal personal shopping.
However, it may vary depending on the customs regulations of your country. So if you are asked to pay taxes or duties, please don’t be disappointed or angry. Just try contacting your customs office, and we will always be here to assist you.
