Online purchases made on ischic.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Order Cancellation:

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us (Submit A Ticket or Email us at support@ischic.com) with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
a. For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase that have not yet been shipped, we will provide a full refund.
b. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. Please apply for return after received the package.
c. Generally, you can expect to receive your refund within 5-15 business days. If you have not received it within 30 days, please contact us.

Return / Exchange:

a. All return or exchange items must be in unworn, undamaged, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and returned in the original packaging. If not, the buyer will be responsible for any associated costs, and there will be no refund for your order.
b. Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please Note that overdue applications may not be accepted.
c. You need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.
d. We cannot accept returns that are sent back without prior notification. Please do not return items to the address on the packaging; instead, follow the return instructions provided.
e. Orders that include a free gift card are not eligible for return or exchange.

Step 2: Once we receive your ticket or email requesting an exchange or return, our customer service team will respond with the necessary exchange or return instructions via email. Please adhere to these instructions to proceed with your exchange or return.
Step 3: You will expect to receive the refund within 7 days or a new tracking number for exchange items after we have received your returned package.
We will notify you by email once we begin processing your refund or exchange. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Generally, refunds will back within 5 to 15 business days.
